To answer one question: no, it won't switch over automatically. If you have multiple network connections active your poker client will pick one and keep using it. If the connection dies, it may switch over to other active connections, but it will disconnect you from the site and reconnect you. You can hasten this process by disabling the broken connection and restarting your poker client manually. You'd probably make it back if you had disconnect protect and knew that you had been disconnected.

Now, I gotta ask a question. I used one of these on the Sprint network and I thought it was kinda cool. The downstream is pretty bad, but the upstream is quite nice. I think not only did you have to pay for the modem, but also it was $60 a month for unlimited access. How much is this modem? How's the upstream/downstream on their network? How much is the service per month?

Quick question:
Can I just plug this into my desktop and it will automatically switch over if my normal connection is interrupted? Any chance it will switch over in time to save hands if I'm playing?

Thanks
