So, as I typically do when I’m bored, I was browsing P5s OT tonight. I see a funny post about a guy who just walks into something in a store, etc. Pretty funny but nothing worth posting about. Anyway, later on in the thread Ballistik mentions that there is a video of a guy pooping off a Vegas strip casino (I don’t see how he connected the two videos, but that doesn’t matter). Well, that’s worth seeing, right? So I ask for a link. Here’s a link to the thread where the aforementioned discussion took place: OT thread.

I see the link posted in the thread but it requires Windows Media plugin, which I don’t want to install for many reasons. So I search for it on youtube. No luck.

Then I go to google. Which brings me to the point of this post.

I start to type out “guy pooping off of mgm” and google suggestions delivers a little nugget of gold. First, there are 2.4 million instances of results related to “guy pooping” … but a shocking 93% of those results belong to the subset category of a guy pooping on a girl! Maybe I’m the only one that finds that funny.

Anywho, back to forum-tarding.

I forgot to mention the release of thepokerfilm in my last blog entry. It’s pretty much done. Here’s how the structure is going to look…

• One 35 minute full release on a single day (but in 5 increments to make it easier for youtube purposes)
• Two short bonus clips
  • One featuring yellowsub playing 200/400 PLO on FTP while drunk
  • One featuring yellowsub and stealthmunk playing high stakes Smash Bros on N64

We will be releasing the full version very soon, maybe as soon as this weekend. It’s done, we’re just doing some last-minute tuning. Eric’s been doing a great job with it and he’s been understanding of the Absolute Poker interruption, which I’m very appreciative of. I basically had to brush off most things related to thepokerfilm for the last few weeks, which kind of sucks for him.

The two bonus clips will follow relatively soon after, although we have not set dates quite yet.

I think people will love the full film though, especially #4. It has some great stealthmunk moments.

Also, as many people know, I’m wrapping up a trip to Costa Rica right now. I’ve been here all week talking to Absolute Poker management, ex-employee, current employees, etc. It’s been interesting and I’ve learned a lot. I also think I’ll be able to dispel a number of the rumors that have been floating around. However, because of the audit going on at Absolute, there were many important issues that we were unable to address.

I know that everyone wants a “sneak peek” or a “quick rundown of what I found” but I just don’t have time to do that for people on AIM/MSN/etc. I’m writing and editing like crazy to get my findings and opinions out there publicly and every time I spend time talking about details with one person, it pushes everything back for everyone. I plan on having stuff written up and ready to go by next week.

I have a bunch of pics that I’ll be putting up as well, but none of them are related to Absolute. Thanks a lot to Adam, Cal, Mike and the rest of the PSO guys for having me all week.
