Firefox: DONT forget about Adblock Plus, IE Tab, Colorful Tabs, Answers.com shortcut...etc. I'm not a huge fan of WinRAR, it's shareware, therefore semi-intrusive and not 100% compatible with all compression files. I use 7-Zip, it's lite and very effective. Good list.

I tend to use my Mac to manage my iPod because I really like Floola for a bunch of reasons (main reason is that I like to be able to play music directly from my iPod through my computer).
