I flew back from Grand Cayman this morning. I really enjoyed the trip a ton — I’ll post a few pics in the next entry (or maybe I’ll amend this one).
Also, my good friend Jeff “yellowsub86″ Williams is flying into Costa Rica tonight. I have to leave to get him in <10 minutes, so this entry will have to be short. We’re going out to the beach and staying at a pretty awesome condo. It should be a bunch of fun.
After sub leaves on Tuesday, I’m really going to be getting back into the swing of things at work. Over the last 3 weeks, I’ve worked the least hours in any 3 week period over the last 4 years or so. I managed to get in a really good break at home over the holidays, then I had a few short days in Costa Rica (I did do work then) and then I had a mostly work-free business trip to the Cayman Islands. Even though it was a business trip, I did very little actual work that I could point to and say “I accomplished this”. That’s okay though — I’m really revved up and ready to go at it come Tuesday afternoon.
Anyway, off to the San Jose airport to pick up sub and his girlfriend. Have a good weekend!
Hi Nat
Great looking blog. I like the simple, well-organized and to the point feel of it.
I also organize the articles on my blog by the “simpler is better” approach.
My readers seem to like it as well as Google:-)
Sounds like Costa Rica is not the worst place to be in right now despite the earth quake you experienced. I would rather have an earth quake once in a while than the freezing temperatures here in Denmark.
If you have a few days of and don’t mind travelling a bit you should check out Lago De Atitlan in Guatemala….lovely place.
Regards
Mark
