I’m one of those people, who usually just skip everything TV related (but read everything else), however, I’m really bored today, since have to monitor a total backup of my computer in preparation of a harddrive wipe due to security concerns (read: paranoia).

I just happened to venture into the TV show section, and I really like it!
I have just finished watching Dexter, and now I have an easy way to keep myself entertained for the rest of the night

Totally agree. It bothers me when I want to write about something but I feel like it’s completely missing my audience.

Videos = yes. I am going to set up some video stuff for sure. Widgets I’m not so sure about. That being said, video and widgets are the future of the internet. Also, you owe me 20 bucks.

I’ve debated it for a long time. I gave serious weight to that option but I just don’t think it works out well for a few reasons. Part of it is user experience and part of it is SEO-driven.

i vote for putting everything on the home page and adding tags because it’s easier to skip reading something than trying to find something you want to read.

Personally, the way my RSS reader is set up makes it very easy to just skip posts I don’t want to read. So I’ll definitely be subscribing to the site-wide RSS feed.

That said, I guess the majority of visitors actually come directly to the site. I could definitely see how these improvements could benefit those users.

It’s great that you’re doing this. Holding back content due to organizational restrictions really sucks.
