I have a blog IP blacklist.  It’s people who leave various hate-filled comments, spam the blog, leave comments as fake people, etc.  A month or two ago I added gambler2k4 to the list because of a fake comment that he left.  I’ve decided to lift his ban ZeeJustin-style.

Oh yea, I guess I should have pointed out that my blacklist happens to redirect to a gay porn site. Bink.

In other news, my car is almost here in Cayman. It’s currently nearing the end of a boat trip from Miami which made a stop in Kingston, Jamaica. Today I went and got a 1 year insurance policy, paid my freight/insurance/customs broker fees, paid my customs duties and paid my port fees. I’m definitely poorer now than I was at the beginning of the day but hopefully it will be worth it once I have the car here. Once the car gets here it needs to be inspected by Cayman customs to make sure I’m not sneaking anything into the country and then I can drive it off the customs yard. But then I need to do a whole bunch of stuff like getting it licensed, inspected (again) and get license plates for it. Then I need to get various work done to it like rust-proofing the underside of the car. Even just writing all this stuff out is exhausting. I hate bureaucracy.

Oh yea, one more thing about the car importing process. They make you buy the form at Cayman customs when you’re importing a car. It costs 25 cents. I paid import duties in excess of $6,000 today. Are they fucking serious? 25 cents for a form? That’s an all-time new low for dumb nickel-and-dime’ing.

Thanks to everyone for the comments and emails about Lasik surgeons in Philadelphia. I got a bunch of a good suggestions and I’m going to try to book an appointment at some point next week for surgery this summer.
